The renovation of the Gorenjska Bank premises is based on a free, open design concept that focuses on the customer's journey. The spatial organization allows visitors to move fluidly and intuitively through the space, without classic physical barriers and restricted passageways. The design of the space is based on a combination of closed consultation modules and an open intermediate space, which allows for flexibility of movement throughout the space. The consultation modules provide the necessary privacy, while the open spaces act as a connecting element and create a feeling of airiness and openness.

The interior is designed in a neutral palette using natural materials and colors, primarily wood, which add warmth and a pleasant atmosphere to the space. The subdued color background is complemented by color accents in the distinctive color of Gorenjska Bank, which emphasize the identity of the space. The technologically sophisticated interior with modern digital and technical solutions supports business efficiency and modern forms of interaction with users. The renovated premises thus represent a modern, open, and user-friendly banking environment, adapted to the bank's current and future needs.
